❤ 1 cup cream cheese
❤ 1/4 cup butter
❤ icing sugar
❤ food colouring
❤ 1 tsp vanilla extract
1. Blend softened butter and cream cheese together in a large bowl with beater.
2. Mix in icing sugar until frosting reaches peaky consistency and is at desired sweetness.
3. Add vanilla extract.
4. Experiment with colouring, adding a few drops at a time, mixing, and then adding more.
5. Chill before using.
Tip: Apply frosting to frozen cake, it is much easier to spread and manipulate this way.
